To rent a motorhome, the renter must present two valid forms of identification (ID card, driver’s license, passport). The minimum age for driving the vehicle is 23 years. Comprehensive insurance is provided with a deductible of 5% (minimum €300). The minimum rental periods are: Low season - 3 nights, Mid-season - 4 nights, High season - 7 nights. Any modifications to the motorhome, including gluing, screwing, or drilling, are prohibited. Smoking, vaping, using candles, carrying fuel in containers, and using sparklers inside the vehicle are strictly forbidden. Transporting bicycles, skis, or other items that could damage the interior, such as furniture, walls, or floors, is not allowed except in designated areas. In the event of significant damage to the interior or exterior, the renter will be charged the full cost of repair or replacement.

Regular toilet paper must not be used in the chemical toilet; only designated eco-toilet paper is permitted. The use of the toilet without chemicals is strictly prohibited. The renter is fully responsible for the safety of transported persons and cargo. Transporting pets is allowed only by prior agreement and for an additional fee. If the rental is terminated early, the rental fee is non-refundable. If the renter fails to return the motorhome at the agreed time without prior telephone agreement, a penalty of €100 will be applied in addition to the standard daily rental rate. If the delay exceeds 24 hours, an additional €100 will be charged for each additional 24-hour period.

A reservation for a specific date (via web, email, or phone) is valid for only 5 days. The reservation deposit must be paid within this period to confirm the booking. If the deposit is not paid on time, the motorhome will be released for other reservations. Upon collection of the motorhome, a €1000 security deposit (payable in cash or via bank transfer) is required to cover potential damages not covered by insurance. The security deposit will be refunded after the rental period if no damages occur. Epic Travel s.r.o. reserves the right to enforce these terms to ensure the proper use and maintenance of its motorhomes.
