Had the pleasure to hire a camper from Epic Vans recently and had a wonderful experience. Camper was perfect and had everything we needed. Kevin and Viktoria were very helpful and couldn't do any more to make the experience perfect. Met us close to Vienna airport, went through everything we needed and left us very comfortable driving away. First time hiring and would definitely hire again thanks to the experience. Couldn't recommend this company enough.

Thank you, EpicVans, for the best vacation experience (May 2024). We rented a campervan for 9 days to travel through Croatia. When renting the campervan, the owners explained everything in detail. Kevin (the owner) was available on the phone practically anytime. On one occasion, we even had a minor issue with the side mirror, but everything was resolved to our satisfaction. I've never experienced such an approach before—an incredible willingness to advise and explain in every situation. What the owners say is true—they don't just rent campervans, they offer experiences.

Both owners are incredibly kind people. Even during the email communication when reserving the date, they were willing to explain and advise. For a small fee, they delivered the campervan to our home in Bratislava, even a day earlier than planned. The handover with explanations took about an hour, and the next day we packed our things and set off.

A big thank you for the owners' approach to the customer. Everything necessary about the rental was explained, along with some additional information. Thank you.

We had a great family vacation, everything was seamless, and the owners are very kind and helpful. The campervan was almost new, the kitchen equipment was 100%, nothing was missing. The kids appreciated the Wi-Fi, and in 40°C at the campsite, we really enjoyed the air conditioning :)

Wonderful, kind, and accommodating people who are passionate about renting campervans. Our campervan was in excellent condition, and the technical and equipment details were carefully thought through. Communication was great, and there was no problem agreeing on anything. We could even leave some of our things with them in advance, and since we were using the campervan for our own wedding at a festival, they even gave us a lovely gift for the journey. We highly recommend them, and if we need a campervan in the future, we will definitely return. Thank you!
